PolyVitro is a polymer based media modifier that generates sink conditions without the characteristic hydrotropic peak which hinders HPLC analysis. Regular strength PolyVitro has an everolimus solubility of 35 µg/ml while Extra-strength PolyVitro can dissolve everolimus to 50 µg/ml.
